This site pulls together some Web 2.0/Learning 2.0 content from various web sites. Anyone can read this, but if you'd like to contribute to this wiki, request an invite.
I've also included plenty of examples, ideas, and resources for using web 2.0 tools in higher education as well as pages for you to share your tips, tools, and ideas.
Where to start
If you're new to the whole concept of Web 2.0, I'd start with reading some of the resources on this page in the INTRO to WEB 2.0 section or view some of the presentations in the LEARNING 2.0 SLIDESHARES section
If you have a particular tool in mind that you're thinking of using, check out the Tools List.
If you attended one of my workshops, visit that link from the sidebar on the right side of this page.
I also recommend that you talk to your institution about becoming a member of Sloan-C. Not only does Sloan-C have some exciting and informative online workshops, they also publish excellent research about distance education. Membership will benefit your institution in many ways including giving you access to ongoing professional development and making it possible for you to connect with many other knowledgeable educators throughout the world!
